Senior software engineer with 8 years building web applications, enterprise integrations, and internal developer tools for US-based companies: React and TypeScript on the front end; Node.js, Go, Python, and C# .NET on the back.
The thread running through the work is building tooling for platforms that don't come with it. A continuous integration tool for an enterprise ERP that had no deployment automation. The libraries that made modern React interfaces possible inside that same ERP, which became the foundation for new commercial products and helped win international enterprise clients. Most recently, an internal AI-powered product taken end to end (problem definition, technical architecture, LLM integration, cost-control strategy for AI inference, and full-stack implementation) from concept to a working MVP in eight weeks.
Currently completing a Master's in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.
Senior engineer and technical lead at a US consultancy delivering enterprise software to international clients, working across product ownership, full-stack development, and Oracle NetSuite.
Zero-to-one AI product
Led an internal AI-powered enterprise product from concept to working MVP. Defined the product vision, functional scope, technical architecture, MVP requirements, module structure, and short- and long-term implementation roadmaps.
Designed and built the full-stack application end to end, including the LLM integration and a cost-control strategy for AI inference.
Planned both an eight-week MVP roadmap and a longer-term implementation plan; delivered the MVP modules by week six and moved the product into testing and stakeholder feedback, with the client electing to continue into the extended build.
Collaborated with stakeholders and testers to collect feedback, refine requirements, and redesign workflows.
Platform and full-stack engineering
Built reusable libraries that made React and TypeScript applications possible inside the ERP, giving the company a modern UI layer on the platform: the foundation for new commercial products and a factor in winning high-profile international clients.
Built data integration services on Azure (Logic Apps, Cosmos DB) to synchronize data between ERP platforms and internal products.
Maintained C# .NET services responsible for data retrieval, processing, and reporting.
Oracle NetSuite
Senior/lead NetSuite developer: extended business logic, custom forms, Advanced PDF/HTML templates, and optimized saved searches and formulas, delivered directly to international enterprise clients across the full range of SuiteScript 2.1 script types.
Ways of working
Used AI-assisted engineering tools, including Claude Code and Cursor, to accelerate implementation while maintaining ownership of product decisions, architecture, code review, validation, and testing.
Mentor and train developers across junior, mid-level, and senior levels in React, TypeScript, Node.js, SuiteScript, and Oracle NetSuite development.
Built a dedicated continuous integration tool for NetSuite development accounts, bringing automated deployment practices to a platform that lacked them.
Built web integrations in Node.js connecting third-party client systems (including fleet telematics platforms) with Oracle NetSuite, plus internal integrations across Jira and QuickBooks.
Created, deployed, and supported installable ERP packages; built extended business logic, custom forms, and Advanced PDF/HTML document templates for client requirements.
Wrote SuiteScript 2.0 solutions across Client Script, Map/Reduce, RESTlet, Scheduled, Suitelet, User Event, and Workflow Action Script types.
Designed and optimized custom saved searches and formulas; owned back-end and front-end performance improvements.
Worked directly with end clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions. GitHub organization administrator.

Industrial IoT & Data Engineer (Professional Residency) –
Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico
Completed as the professional residency required for the B.Sc. degree; returned to Lead One immediately afterward.
Built the data acquisition, transport, and visualization platform behind a predictive-maintenance system for manufacturing production lines, ingesting industrial sensor readings twice per second and delivering them to the failure-prediction models developed by the project's research lead.
Built the back end in Go (Iris framework) and the front end in Angular 9; designed the service architecture using layered and publish/subscribe patterns.
Implemented real-time telemetry pipelines from factory sensors over MQTT and WebSocket channels.
Wrote MySQL stored procedures and optimized schema design and query performance.
Selected as one of two recipients of the Nuevo Laredo 4.0 innovation grant; presented the project in a public industry webinar and was featured in Mexico Industry (August 2020).

Tablefire
Sole engineer, 2025 to present. Product in final development, not yet launched; public landing page live. Website: tablefire.io.
Template-driven document extraction platform for accountants, bookkeepers, and auditors in the US market. Users define a reusable template once (text anchors for automatic document-type detection, extraction regions, normalization rules, and export mapping) and the platform applies it to every matching document. Per-field OCR confidence scores route low-confidence values to human review, and a stage-by-stage audit trail makes every exported figure traceable back to its source location in the original PDF.
The differentiator is not extraction but verification: accounting professionals can't sign off on a number they can't trace, so every stage of the pipeline is auditable by design. Also defined the product, positioning, and pricing model.
